We have now posted the SharePoint Saturday 2018 video on our SharePoint Saturday page. There are also links to previous years! Check them out!
Today, our non-profit organization, Alphabits Incorporated, received a donation from Amazon through their Amazon Smile campaign. When you shop at smile.amazon.com, you can designate a percentage of your qualified purchase to be donated to a charity of your choice. This program does not cost you anything except that you designate your charity, and use the URL smile.amazon.com to shop.
As a non-profit, dedicated to providing free and low-cost technical training to our community, we depend on donations from our corporate sponsors and others to fund our various meetings, conferences, and classes. This is another way to help raise money, and I ask, that when you shop at Amazon, please use the URL http://smile.amazon.com and designate Alphabits Incorporated as your charity.
We lost our meeting place for September so, we will not be having a September meeting. Please keep checking back for our October meeting announcement. We are still planning on having a meeting on October 5th at the Microsoft Office.
As always, we continually need speakers for our meetings. Please consider volunteering to present to the group what you are currently doing with SharePoint. A user group is only as strong as its members and it takes active participation from everyone to keep this group going.
To submit a presentation idea, please click Speaker Submissions and complete the brief form. I will be in contact right away.
If you would like to learn about a particular topic, please submit a Topic Suggestion and we will attempt to find a speaker to speak on that topic.
Date: Friday, April 21, 2017 2-5pm

We are in dire need of speakers to close out the year and next year. Our next meeting is November 3 so if you would like to speak to our group, please fill out our speaker form and I’ll get in touch with you to arrange the details. We are also looking to fill up next year, so think of a few topics you could speak on.
Our user group is only as strong as those willing to participate in sharing their knowledge.
In order to have more effective communications with our members, we moved our email list service to MailChimp. This enables us to give our members the ability to manage their information and also subscribe to different interest lists.
If you have already subscribed to our email list update your information, complete the form at our email signup page, and if your email is in our list, you will be given a chance to update the information, or unsubscribe.
