Shop With A Smile!

Published by:

Today, our non-profit organization, Alphabits Incorporated, received a donation from Amazon through their Amazon Smile campaign.  When you shop at smile.amazon.com, you can designate a percentage of your qualified purchase to be donated to a charity of your choice.  This program does not cost you anything except that you designate your charity, and use the URL smile.amazon.com to shop.

As a non-profit, dedicated to providing free and low-cost technical training to our community, we depend on donations from our corporate sponsors and others to fund our various meetings, conferences, and classes.  This is another way to help raise money, and I ask, that when you shop at Amazon, please use the URL http://smile.amazon.com and designate Alphabits Incorporated as your charity.

Here’s a direct link to shop for us!

Thank you!

Datopolis Express

Many of you may remember that Datopolis was a sponsor of one of our meetings a couple of years ago.  They have a workflow engine for SharePoint.  I was just informed that they now have a FREE version that is full-featured specifically geared to small volume workflows.  The free version is limited to 1000 workflow actions per month.  Here is their description:

We are happy to tell you that you can now design and deploy Datapolis workflows for free! The Datapolis licensing plan has been expanded to include the new Basic license, with which you can use the full capabilities of Datapolis Process System 2016 and 2013 at no cost. The only limitation is the maximum number of 1000 workflow actions per month. Datapolis Basic license is a perfect fit for your consultancy or a small-scale project to run fast and easy SharePoint workflows.

You can read more about it on their site and register for a FREE license.
